«Արևմուտք-Արևելք կամուրջներ» գիտաժողովի մասնակիցների հանդիպումը Հաագայի «Աբովյան» կենտրոնում

Այս շաբաթ ԵՄ և ԵՄ Արևելյան գործընկերության 9 երկրների` Հայաստանի, Վրաստանի, Ուկրաինայի, Մոլդովայի, Իսպանիայի, Գերմանիայի, Հունաստանի, Լատվիայի և Նիդերլանդների ուսանողական խմբեր ժամանել էին Հաագա մասնակցելու «Արևմուտք-Արևելք կամուրջներ» կազմակերպության կազմակերպած սեմինարին։

Սեմինարի ծրագիրը բաղկացած էր COVID-19 համավարակի և տարածաշրջանում հակամարտությունների խնդիրների քննարկումներից և ճգնաժամի համար լուծումներ գտնելու առաջադրանքներից։

Երեքշաբթի՝ հուլիսի 19-ին, լիագումար նիստի ժամանակ նույն թեմաներով ելույթ ունեցան Աբովյան միության և Հոլանդահայ ֆեդերացիայի քարտուղար Ինգա Դրոստը, Նիդերլանդներում ՀՀ դեսպան Տիգրան Բալայանը, Վրաստանի և Մոլդովայի դեսպանները։

Հուլիսի 20-ին սեմինարի մասնակիցներն այցելեցին «Աբովյան» միության կենտրոն, որտեղ նրանց սիրով հյուրընկալեցին միության անդամները։

Տպավորիչ էր լսել տարբեր խմբերի ներկայացուցիչների ելույթները և զեկույցները։ Հաճելի էր տեսնել, որ նրանք լրջորեն կատարել էին միջոցառման առաջադրանքները և կարողացել էին միմյանց ճանաչել և միասին աշխատել` դրսևորելով փոխըմբռնում մեկը մյուսի խնդիրների նկատմամբ։

Այս միջոցառումը, որի գլխավոր կազմակերպիչը մեր հայրենակից Աշոտ Հայրապետյանն է, կարելի է համարել հույժ կարևոր և հաջողված տարբեր երկրների երիդասարդների շփման, միմյանց մոտիկից ճանաչելու և միասին աշխատելու տեսանկյունից։

Bezoek aan Vereniging Abovian van studenten West-East Bridges.

Deze week verbleef een groep van 70 studenten uit 9 verschillende landen van de EU en de het EU-Oostelijk Partnerschap in Den Haag voor een seminar, georganiseerd door Stichting Respect West-East Bridges Foundation.

Het ging om studenten en hun begeleiders uit Spanje, Duitsland, Letland, Oekraïne, Georgië, Nederland, Griekenland, Armenië en Moldavië, die met elkaar discussies voerden en aan opdrachten en presentaties werkten over onderwerpen als bijv. de aanpak van de verschillende landen van de COVID-19 crisis , de relaties met de oorlogen van Nagorno Karabach in Armenië en Azerbeidzjan en die van Oekraïne en Rusland.

Het initiatief van de voorzitter van de Foundation, Ashot Hayrapetian, is gesteund als project door Europa, met de Erasmus Universiteit als Nederlandse partner; Mato Hakhverdian en Dario (Davo) Cramer hebben hulp geleverd bij de voorbereiding.

Op dinsdag 19 juli vonden presentaties plaats van en met verschillende ambassadeurs, o.a. die van Armenië, Georgië en Moldavië, waarbij uiteraard de huidige gespannen politieke situatie een grote rol speelde. Als secretaris van FAON en Vereniging Abovian was mij gevraagd te spreken o.a. over het werken in het Nederlandse democratisch bestel zowel vanuit de positie van ambtenaar als vanuit de positie als burger in maatschappelijke organisaties.

Op 20 juli werd de hele groep ontvangen in het gebouw van de Vereniging Abovian, waar een lekkere lunch was voorbereid door de Abovian dames Maryam, Hrachik en Kristina met haar dochter Ellen. Ook andere Abovian-leden, voor zover niet met vakantie, kwamen langs om kennis te maken.

Het was indrukwekkend te zien en te horen hoe serieus en indringend de verschillende groepen de opdrachten en moeilijke onderwerpen behandelden. Het was ook inspirerend da jongeren van zo verschillende landen elkaar op deze manier goed leerden kennen en leerden samenwerken. Het geeft hoop voor de toekomst op meer begrip in de internationale betrekkingen.

INTERNATIONALE AGRICULTUUR MEETING IN BYURAKAN (Armenië)

Ministeries van Economische Zaken en Buitenlandse Zaken van Armenië, evenals de Nederlandse ambassade in Yerevan en diverse bedrijven uit Nederland nemen deel. Op 22 september van dit jaar zal het uniek gelegen Amberd Hotel, in Byurakan, het middelpunt zijn voor professionals in de pluimvee-, varkens en voerindustrie. Verschillende Nederlandse internationale bedrijven sturen hun afgevaardigden om gezamenlijke kennis te delen, afspraken te maken voor samenwerking en bestaande partnerschappen uit te breiden met Armeense professionals in deze branche en afgevaardigden uit Georgië. Er komt een algemeen gedeelte met verschillende sprekers, waarna per sector kan worden gekozen voor individuele of groepsgesprekken.

“De meeting is bewust niet te groot opgezet. Alleen mensen en bedrijven die echt relevant zijn voor de sector zijn aanwezig”, zegt Maurice Kerens, directeur van Holland Trade Support (HTS), die het evenement organiseert. Hij vervolgde: ”Het programma zal heel interessant zijn. Korte flitsende lezingen door het Ministerie van Economische Zaken en Buitenlandse Zaken van Armenië, door de Nederlandse ambassadeur in Armenië en presentaties door professionals uit drie landen”. De heer Arman Khojoyan, de Armeense vice-minister van Economie, maakte duidelijk waarom hij aan dit initiatief deelneemt: "Ik denk dat het initiatief echt veelbelovend is voor de ontwikkeling van de sector en ik wil nogmaals mijn verzekering herhalen dat we in de regering van plan zijn massaal te reageren met het initiatief om de landbouwsamenwerking op internationaal niveau te versterken. Verder verklaarde hij: "We kunnen de groei en ontwikkeling in de sector nooit versnellen zonder te begrijpen dat een geest van samenwerking vandaag meer dan ooit nodig is om de huidige uitdagingen van de wereld het hoofd te bieden”.

Gevraagd naar de rol van de Nederlandse ambassade, zei de heer Nico Schermers, de eerste Nederlandse ambassadeur in Armenië : “ De landbouwsector is een van de prioriteiten van de economische activiteiten van de Ambassade en we zijn erg blij om de bevordering en versterking van de bilaterale samenwerking in deze sector te ondersteunen. We zijn ervan overtuigd dat dergelijke evenementen cruciaal en essentieel zijn voor een wederzijds nuttige samenwerking.”

De heer Tigran Balayan, de energieke Armeense ambassadeur in Nederland zegt over deze meeting: “Deze meeting is belangrijk om de prestaties van de Nederlands-Armeense handels en economische samenwerking samen te vatten en de verdere stappen te bespreken, vooral in het licht van het succesvolle bezoek van de Armeense premier naar Nederland en zijn diepgaande discussie met de Nederlandse ondernemers. Hij vervolgde: "Ik heb er alle vertrouwen in dat deze bijeenkomst, net als vele andere georganiseerd door de heer Morris Kerens, verder zal bijdragen aan de uitbreiding van activiteiten tussen onze landen".

INTERNATIONAL AGRICULTURE MEETING IN BYURAKAN (Armenia)

Ministries of Economy and Foreign Affairs of Armenia, as well as the Dutch embassy in

Yerevan are participating.

 

On September 22 this year, the uniquely located Amberd Hotel, in Byurakan, will be the focal point for key holders in the poultry, pig, and animal feed industry. Several Dutch International companies will send their delegates to share joint knowledge, make agreements for cooperation and expand existing partnerships with Armenian professionals in this industry and  delegates from Georgia. There will be a general section with various speakers, after which one can opt for individual/group discussions per sector.

 

“This meetingt is deliberately not set up too large. Only people and companies that are really relevant to the sector will be present,” says Morris Kerens, director of Holland Trade Support (HTS), who organizes the meeting. He continued: ”The program will be very interesting. Short flashy lectures by the Ministry of Economy and Foreign Affairs of Armenia, by the Dutch ambassador in Armenia and by professionals from three countries”.

 

Mr Arman Khojoyan, Deputy Minister of Economy made it clear why he is participating in this initiative : “I think the initiative is really very promising for the development of the sector and would like to reiterate my assurance that we in Government intend to respond massively with the initiative of strengthening agricultural cooperation at an international level. Further he stated: “ We cannot ever accelerate growth and development in the sector without understanding that spirit of cooperation is necessary today more than ever to face the world’s current challenges”.

 

When asked about the role of the Dutch embassy, Mr. Nico Schermers, the enthusiastic first Duch Ambassador in Armenia, stated: “Agriculture sector is one of the priorities of the Embassy’s economic activities and we are very happy to support boosting and enhancement of the bilateral cooperation in this sector. We strongly believe, that such kind of events are crucial and essential for mutual beneficial partnership”.     Mr Tigran Balayan, the energetic Armenian ambassador to the Netherlands says about this meeting: " “This meeting is important to summarize the achievements of the Dutch-Armenian trade and economic cooperation, and discuss the further steps, especially in light of successful visit of the Armenian Prime Minister to the Netherlands and his profound discussion with the Dutch entrepreneurs. He continued; “ I am confident that this meeting, as many others organized by Mr. Morris Kerens will further contribute to the expansion between our countries".

Հոլանդացիների և հայերի առևտրային հարաբերությունների մասին

 This year (2022), the Netherlands and Armenia celebrate 30 years of diplomatic relations, on the occasion of which a book was published "Armenia in the Ancient Dutch Maps”. It contains about fifty very old maps, made by the Dutch, including the first map of Armenia, which was published in 1695

 However, the trade relationship between the Dutch and the Armenians dates back centuries.  Armenian and Dutch interactions are believed to have started in the 13th and 14th centuries, when Dutch merchants arrived in Cilicia and Armenian trading houses opened in The Low Countries ( now Netherlands and Belgium). Armenians brought into the Low Countries carpets, dyes, cotton, and spices from Armenia and from around the world. From notarial archives of Amsterdam from 1578 to 1842 it appears that hundreds of Armenian traders lived in Amsterdam during that period. Their legal position in Amsterdam was favourable. Armenians could buy their “Poortership” (citizenship),had freedom of religion, could continue to dress according to their custom and could print Armenian books. They were accepted as a part of street live, as can be seen from engravings and paintings.In 1699 they even received permission from the East India Company to trade, in a Dutch colony, "Dutch East Indies” ( now Indonesia). At the present time, there are also very good trade relations, thanks to active embassies of both countries and business initiatives. A Dutch writer has said in De Amsterdammer, a magazine of the date of August 14, 1887 that:“ The story of the Armenian community is a golden page in the history of the city of Amsterdam. As far as I am concerned, trade between the Netherlands and Armenia is still a golden page in our (modern) history.

Այս տարի (2022թ.) Նիդեռլանդները և Հայաստանը նշում են դիվանագիտական ​​հարաբերությունների 30-ամյակը, որի կապակցությամբ լույս է տեսել «Հայաստանը հին հոլանդական քարտեզներում» գիրքը, որը պարունակում է մոտ հիսուն շատ հին քարտեզներ՝ պատրաստված հոլանդացիների կողմից, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի առաջին քարտեզը, որը հրատարակվել է 1695 թ

1699 թվականին նրանք նույնիսկ Արևելյան Հնդկաստանի ընկերության կողմից թույլտվություն ստացան  առևտուր անելու հոլանդական գաղութում «Հոլանդական Արևելյան Հնդկաստան» (այժմ՝ Ինդոնեզիա): Ներկայումս՝   շնորհիվ երկու երկրների ակտիվ դեսպանատների և գործարար նախաձեռնությունների,  շատ լավ առևտրային հարաբերություններ են հաստատվել։  1887 թվականի օգոստոսի 14-ի De Amsterdammer ամսագրում կարդում ենք. «Ամստերդամ քաղաքի Հայ համայնքի պատմութունը դա Ամստերդամի պատմության ոսկե էջերից է: Որքան ես եմ հասկանում Նիդերլանդների և Հայաստանի միջև առևտուրը շարունակում է ոսկե էջ մնալ մեր (ժամանակակից) պատմության մեջ:

Հաագայից` Դրենթեի նահանգային թանգարան

Հաագայի «Աբովյան» մշակութային միության սաներն այցելեցին Դրենթեի նահանգային թանգարան (Drents Museum): Նրանք մասնակցեցին Հայկական օրվան, հանդես եկան երաժշտական կատարումներով, դիտեցին  «Արարատի ստվերի ներքո» խորագրով ցուցադրվող Հին Հայաստանի գանձերը ցուցահանդեսը: Ներկայացնում ենք այդ մասին Ինգա Դրոստի պատրաստած ռեպորտաժը:   

Ի՜նչ զվարճալի և ուրախ «հայկական օր» էր Ասենում հուլիսի 9-ին:

«Աբովյան» միության ավտոբուսը Հաագայից առավոտյան կանուխ մեկնեց Ասեն։ Սվետլանա Աղաջանյանի ղեկավարությամբ մեր պատանեկան երգչախումբը արդեն ավտոբուսում կրկնում էր համերգի երգերը ստեղծելով հաճելի մթնոլորտ։

Ասենում զանազան միջոցառումներ և ելույթներ։ «Հայկական օրը» կազմակերպել էր Դրենթեի նահանգային թանգարանը (Drents Museum), Ռոմաշուկների ընտանիքի աջակցությամբ։ Միջոցառմանը ներկ էր նաև Հայաստանի դեսպանության մշակութային կցորդ Վիվիանա Քալաեջյանը։

«Աբովյան» պատանեկան երգչախումբը հանդես եկավ հայկական երգերով թե թանգարանում և թե թանգարանին կից հրապարակում, որտեղ տեղադրված էր  Ռոմաշուկ եղբայրների նախաձեռնությամբ կառուցված Նոյյան տապանը ներկայացնող փայտյա մեծ նավը։ Հարկ է նշել, որ Մասիս Դավթյանի «Հայաստան» մեներգը հուզեց ներկաներից շատերին։

Նույնպես գեղեցիկ կատարումներով հանդես եկավ Ալմելոյի «Զարթոնք» մանկապատանեկան պարախմբը:

«Արարատ» տրիոյի աշխույժ ելույթին արձագանքեցին ներկաներն ինքնաբուխ և անընդհատ աճող շուրջպարով։

Թանգարանի մուտքի մոտ մենք հանդիպեցինք Նիդերլանդների խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Ագնես Մյուլդերին, որի հետ առիթ ունեցանք մտքեր փոխանակել և լուսանկարվել։

Իհարկե կարևոր էր նաև մեր այցելությունը «Արարատի հմայքի ներքո, հին Հայաստանի գանձերը» տպավորիչ ցուցահանդեսին և թանգարանի խանութին, որտեղ վաճառվում էին Հայաստանին վերաբերող գրքեր և հայկական հնությունների նմուշներ:

Վերադարձը Հաագա ավտոբուսով դարձյալ շատ հաճելի և զվարճալի էր…

Հիշեցնում ենք, որ Հայաստանի մասին ցուցահանդեսը գործելու է` մինչև այս տարվա հոկտեմբերի 30-ը,«Արարատի ստվերի ներքո» խորագրով ցուցահանդեսը բաց է ժամը` 10-ից 18-ը:

Wat een leuke en vrolijke “Armeense dag” in Assen!

De Abovian bus vertrok al vroeg uit Den Haag naar Assen. De jeugdzanggroep was al aan het inzingen onder leiding van Svetlana Aghadjanyan.

In Assen allerlei activiteiten, met dank aan Drents Museum en de familie Romashuk, en in aanwezigheid van Cultureel Attaché van de Ambassade van Armenië, Viviana Kalaejian.

De jeugdzanggroep Abovian gaf verschillende optredens, binnen in het Drents Museum en buiten op de Brink bij die mooie Ark van Noach. Masis Davtian zong prachtig solo (kippenvel).

Ook vrolijke dansoptredens van jeugddansgroep Zartonq uit Almelo.

Bij het optreden muziekgroep Trio Ararat ontstond een spontane en steeds groeiende kringdans van “iedereen”, ook van het publiek.

Verder o.a. ontmoeting en foto met Agnes Mulder, CDA Tweede Kamerlid uit Assen.

Vanzelfsprekend ook bezoek aan de tentoonstelling “In de ban van de Ararat” en aan de museumshop, waar het allemaal om draait!

En de terugreis naar Den Haag was weer supergezellig…..
